I’ve been a PNC customer for nearly 15 years and never had any issues with their services. This branch is very good at providing quick and custom services and I’m never left waiting more than 5 minutes, even on Fridays. All of the tellers know me by name, and Bonnie in particular is just the sweetest and is my preferred teller.

This branch is 2 blocks from my business and they are the worst. The never have enough tellers so you wait a long time every time. I can go into a PNC in Holland and they call me by my name. They actual made some suggestions to make my banking experience better.
