She made a mundane task enjoyable and i think PNC is lucky to have her. Shout out to Betty as well. She's an OG and my boyfriend and I always see her when she has the availability. The entire staff is always welcoming and quick about their work. Yet another reason I choose to bank with PNC!

There are always 4 people standing around with their arms crossed while 1 or 2 tellers deal with 10 customers. Wait times at this bank are outrageous, I highly suggest using any other bank if you value your time.
