They notarized my document for five dollars. It took less than two minutes. I've been a PNC customer for over twenty years. Very disappointed.

Today I watched an employee from this PNC Bank (her name is Ashley) help an older lady out to her car. She patiently waited as the lady took her time on her way to her car and made casual conversation. This is what a person should look for in a bank. True customer service common courtesy and just being a human!
