  PNC corporate took away most of the things a teller or bank manager used to be able to do in person. If you pay a car loan off and need the release of lien be prepared to wait a few weeks up to a month for the release of lien to come through. If you want it faster they force you to pay a third party clecarance house that will cost to you... This also means they have shared your financial information with another party without your permission. The tellers are nice with what they are allowed to do but PNC corporate headquarters have restricted what they and the branch managers can do way too much.

  Never have I ever had a bank refuse to deposit my money because I didn’t know the exact amount and because I had coins that weren’t rolled. It’s the job of the bank to count all money?!? Since when is that the job of the customer and regardless you have to count it to make sure it’s the accurate amount so why refuse service when that already something you have to do. As well as them saying my debit card and drivers licenses wasn’t enough to confirm my account when that’s always been more than efficient before and at any other location.

  Went here today to have a document notarized. They were not busy. They told me to make an appointment. I had to go a street over to the insurance company. They notarized my document for five dollars. It took less than two minutes. I've been a PNC customer for over twenty years. Very disappointed.

  This is a random review that I'm giving today. I have dealt with banks all over america. Today I watched an employee from this PNC Bank (her name is Ashley) help an older lady out to her car. She patiently waited as the lady took her time on her way to her car and made casual conversation. This is what a person should look for in a bank. True customer service common courtesy and just being a human!
