- DSDavid SJul 7, 20251.0A horrible bank. Once you deposit money it's not yours anymore. They make it very difficult to move money. Customer service follow up is horrible and in our case non existent. Very long waits on the phone for help. Limits on cash withdrawals. You go to a branch for help and they direct you to an 800 number to call.

When asked for his name; would not give it, nor, give the name to his supervisor or any identification numbers. When I Informed the bank manager I was to file a complaint, he replied by: "it would fall on deaf ears". The tellers and bankers are good at their jobs, however, the bank manager is unpleasant and frightening. With everything else going bad for wells fargo, you would at least expect some decent customer service. Bank Manager is unpleasant and frightening. Horrible bank manger! AVOID.
