    I came in PNC today to set up a checking account I was greeted by Donovan with a smile and a positive attitude. Me and him sat down and it was almost like one of those commercials he was such a people person explained everything to me in detail and I had no stress at all in this situation. Usually when you're setting up a new account you know there's some hassle or a little bit of a headache but not today everything was smooth great experience I'm happy to be a part of the PNC team now as a customer and I decided I needed to post a review and let everybody know that this PNC Bank is really cool the staff is very friendly and management are actually doing their job. So once again shout out to Donovan Gaddy who was my certified business advocate and member of PNC financial service group he's the branch banker and was a really cool guy. Again I should be in a commercial because this was a great experience I had fun actually to be honest. So if you're looking for a new bank and you're not sure which one to go to I highly recommend PNC and I highly recommend this location specifically thank you. Also my baby Doris wanted to say thank you Donovan. The immediate debit card help to get her some treats without having to wait for my money to process. Go lions pistons.     If you have consistently long lines then obviously you need to hire more people for the peak times.

    This Location has several issues with restocking. It’s ATM and is unreliable at best. Staff is void of presence and make sure you have plenty of time for the slow tellers. Hope they can do better
