  My experience with Lowell is wonderful there employees go above and beyond to satisfy there customers. All of the wotkers at this branch are fabulous. As for me my experience here I as to pull a larger some of cash out asked if I could have the band to put around the money. They have no problems when asking for the band absolutely sure. I even asked if I could habe a extra band that was also not a issue. As far as Ada goes they are not friendly and when asked the same question to them when I went to Ada pulled cash I got told NO we do not have bands I said not even to give out so I can band my money NO then she counted out money didn't put in a envelope expected me to shove a larger amount in my purse or pockets I asked for a envelope customers should not have to ask for one when you're pulling a larger sum out. Go Lowell you got my 5 🌟 keep up the awesome customer service you serve to this community. Thank you

  The loan department worked their TAILS off, especially Jessica, to help us obtain our first motorhome! As a 50+ year member, it is comforting to know, these folks care, and work (WORK) for the membership!
