- LDLaura Duvall2 days ago5.0I’m the President of an alumni association, and my team and I got the run around from other PNC branches as we were trying to update the officers with bank account access. Exasperated, I finally came to this branch instead, and everyone I encountered provided exponentially better service than I got from other branches. Specific shoutouts to Faithlyn for starting our process, Rami for helping reschedule our appointment so all officers could attend, and Grace for amazing service at today’s appointment. We are SO grateful to this branch for providing such fantastic, speedy service. We will definitely be coming back here the next time our officers change over!
