While Flagstar Bank is proactive in attracting new business, I was disappointed to find that attempting to move my funds to another institution resulted in unexpected exit fees. I encountered this issue this past Saturday while working with Danyella. Although she was professional, the experience of being penalized to withdraw my own money was frustrating. Furthermore, I was informed that the bank could not accommodate a large cash withdrawal, which limited my options for managing my funds. I believe customers should be able to move their assets without facing such charges. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the client experience. Sincerely John Kayal
