  I have had accounts here since 1995. Back then is was a different name. Today I walked in with my husband to get quarters because the flippin car wash next down was out of change. We wait awhile, lots of others in a he bank but we had to wait? I said I need $14 in quarters. This guy tells us the person who can give change is at lunch??? I said this is my bank. He says I’m sorry. I have no change. I was like are you joking? No ma’am sorry. What a freaking joke!!!!! This is just 1 of numerous times they have been useless. I guess I know what that means. See ya!!!!!!

  The ATM almost never dispenses cash and they appear to be understaffed. Go to Allen Park instead.

  For what I know and for what I was told is pretty cool bank and reliable service and they call you if somebody tempt to come with a scam or anything or trying to get in your account they make sure they're on top of it

  I’ve tried to do business with this PNC branch multiple times all resulting in me closing my accounts because of the poor treatment repeatedly. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I had my business account here for several years and I use to avoid this location systematically but then I thought to myself why am I inconveniencing myself because the bankers and the branch manger have terrible customer service. I’m paying for a service and I should be SERVICED accordingly! I truly feel that this poor treatment is racially motivated. As I decided to take my business elsewhere I was asked by Kim (teller) do I have any money in my account. 🤔 I thought to myself of course I do Kim that’s why I’m inquiring about taking my business elsewhere. And Samantha the branch manager gave me the same poor treatment upon me opening my business account. I should have moved on at that point. But I tried to give them benefit of the doubt. The best teller they have there is Dolton he is over the top friendly to everyone and very knowledgeable about all their products and services. I will miss his friendly face but I had to move onto other banking options this location SUCKS. Don’t waste your time or energy

  I will never come here again. I had a appointment set up for me to get account and I will not be showing up because the simple fact I’ve been coming to this bank cashing my check for the past three weeks I go in today with a check because I’m still waiting for my ID but today they told me they couldn’t do it due to high rate a fraud. My ID is legit. I’m just waiting for my new one
