Between unauthorized charges on my account, having to replace my card, and now watching a payment sit “pending” while my phone service gets cut off, this bank has done nothing but create stress and inconvenience. The lack of urgency, communication, and reliability is embarrassing for a financial institution. People trust banks to handle their money responsibly, not hold it hostage in processing limbo while real-life bills are affected. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend PNC to anyone looking for consistency, security, or competent customer service.

Most of the staff know us now, and because my transactions are a little different than the normal, when they see us, they pretty much know exactly what we're going to do, and they are able to get us in and out quickly. So nice to go in and they ask about things going on in our life and they're just so friendly and kind. We've been to a couple other PNC branches, and the staff have attitudes, and have acted like we're being a problem because it takes them a couple extra steps to complete our transaction. So that's why we always come back to this one
