That's where the one star comes in. The app itself is easy to navigate as it is well designed. Hood luck logging in though. It is enough of a problem that I am moving my accounts somewhere else. So 5 stars for in person banking but -5 stars if you are mostly online like I am.

Between unauthorized charges on my account, having to replace my card, and now watching a payment sit “pending” while my phone service gets cut off, this bank has done nothing but create stress and inconvenience. The lack of urgency, communication, and reliability is embarrassing for a financial institution. People trust banks to handle their money responsibly, not hold it hostage in processing limbo while real-life bills are affected. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend PNC to anyone looking for consistency, security, or competent customer service.
