PNC by far has the worst most inconsistent customer service I have ever witnessed by a financial institution. A secondary signer on a business account and can never call customer care or set up online banking. Every interaction feels like the customer is a criminal and they honestly mind as well save the company money and replace the humans with AI. Im sure with AI I would potentially get more personable service.

A couple of months ago, I went in to close my account. Since I had already withdrawn my money, they said they couldn’t close it at that time. The representative assured me that he would close my account on Monday. However, I found out today that they never processed the closure. I'm just a little upset because I trusted them to close my account the day they said they would.
