  I have always had a positive experience with Flagstar Bank. Krista is helpful, professional, and easy to work with. Great customer service makes a big difference, and that has definitely been my experience here. Highly recommend.

  Last week at the drive thru I requested a one hundred dollar bill but received two fifty dollar bills! Yesterday I went into the branch while depositing money into my account and requested a one hundred dollar bill and received it . Today at the drive thru while banking I asked for two one hundred dollars bills but received 10 twenty dollars bills. So I had to go into the branch and request two one hundred dollars bills. It may seem petty to Flagstar but to me it is all about customer service if you don’t have what the customer requested let the customer know or ask another teller do u have a hundred dollar bill in your drawer!
