- BFBeni Hanna (Fred)Jun 12, 20261.0I am giving the poor review due to the very poor home buying experience I had with them being the lender I went with. I used my veterans home loan which they were not well versed in and didn't know or take advantage of all the perks I should have had with my VA loan as well they transferred the loan right away to another company and I am tax exempt for being a disabled veteran I was approved from the state and everything I did all the work hand it to them to update and fix my payment amount well they just act like it was someone else's job to do and then when my loan went to the new company of course flagstar didn't inform them I am a tax exempt veteran or anything. But see I am having the same experience in this world no matter what I do we are in a world where people want everything for nothing and they think they're doing work worth millions but until you show me someone Really working for the live of peace on earth than it's just a minimum wage position for all.
