They spelled my name wrong on a cashier check so I had to go back and go through the process all over again. My name was literally on the debit card I handed and on the screen in front of you! Give the people a chance if you haven't seen them before or they haven't seen YOU before Let them do their part of the JOB!! .... Even though i don't work for the bank business. I know their struggle because I have to deal with allot more customers on my end. So i'm quite patient to people that are new, So staffs at PNC KEEP IT UP THE GOOD WORK. And You're doing a good job. Don't mind the people that are rude an disrespectful, If they don't like on how you doing your work and your doing all that is right in the policy, They can go look somewhere else. POINT BLANK
