- DDDavidJun 1, 20261.0If I could give a 0 star review I would. I left my bank USAA of 13 yrs because MFCU offered something different. Little did I know it was a lure. Shame on you for locking a disabled Veterans account. What good is online banking if your going to lock the account. Anyways your policy changes like the wind. Much better places to bank with than this place. Dont let them fool you like they did me. Disgusting. One agent accused me of threatening her after saying: "your bank can lose ratings like CNN for all I care."

- BABrian AndreeFeb 5, 20265.0Kathleen, the loan officer at this location, and Janel, the branch manager, are real gems. Kathleen has helped me immensely with financial counseling, and I am at a point where I feel confident in my finances. In ways I did not even think of, Kathleen was able to condense problems during a harder time, and get me to this point. Janel has always been helpful in the interactions I’ve had with her throughout the years. I have applied for two loans with her, one during harder times, and one more recent. Both times were smooth and easy: likewise my experiences with Kathleen. While I love this location, I do wish there was a location closer to the original branch I joined at (Ann St). I would definitely visit this branch for my financial counseling and loan needs, due to relationship. But I would love something closer to the original Ann St. Branch. Or at least becoming apart of the co-op network of shared branches!
