    Don't get me started!@ WORSE BANK EVER!! Someone compromised my handicapped sisters' account. What I witnessed was almost unbelievable!! They locked down her money- would. not Let her have access to it to pay her rent- buy gas- pay bills etc. No tofay- tommorrow- next month!! NOT KIDDING- THATS CALLED STEALING!! 3HRS FIGHTING WITH THEM- while I WITNESS- the specialist call their Fraud Department- after almost two hours get it all straightened out- but the girl at the counter had to release the money- but THEY GOT INTO a hearty argument over the same policy rules do NOT APPLY TO EACH DEPARTMENT-SO BACK TO GROUND ONE. It was SO BAD- they took their fighting to ANOTHER WOMAN (?) BRANCH MANAGER- WE WATCHED them all 3 fight through their glass walls- after another GOOD 20-25 minutes we were told to come into the 3rd perdons' office who greeted us by saying, "how can I help you today?" She made my sister start Alllllll over from the very beginning..A OTHER GOOD 40 MINUTES..I FINALLY BLEW UP!! THIS BANK PRACTICES ILLEGAL PROCEEDURES! And I quoted what they were. Because of THAT- they finally (AFTER 3 HRS) DECIDED to give my Handicapped Sister ALL her money, CLOSED her account and told her she can't come back! QUESTION: WHO- I ASK YOU "WHO" WOULD WANT TOO?!!!!
