I could write a short novel about my bad experiences here… Manager didn’t want any part in resolving the situation of course. There’s multiple banks in the area. I implore you to go somewhere else. Edit: when talking about the unauthorized charges to my account, the manager said “I just had a thousand stole out of my account a week ago and I work at Flagstar. It happens.” 👍👍👍 Great attitude lol. I hope Flagstar has that on tape.
