- JGJohn GierkeSep 28, 20261.0First time having to visit a Flagstar bank. I only needed to provide a signature on a perfunctory card for some CD that my spouse opened. The card was locked in someone's desk that no one could access. No attempt to figure out an accommodation so that I don't have to drive to town another time and hope that the person is there to unlock their desk. I am looking forward to when we can cash it in and invest in somewhere else.

Based on my early experiences, I can see why this branch/bank has the rating it does and I certainly don't recommend them. Was just looking for a local bank with a broader presence than the local credit union. Guess the search for a decent local bank continues.
