SCAM ALERT - I received a call from Felicia Walker at this branch. She advised that I needed to come into the branch to update my contact information for my mortgage. I have never dealt with this branch, so this seemed suspicious. I called PNC customer service and confirmed that this was not a legitimate request. This is just a deceitful sales tactic to get you into the branch to try and sell other products or services. Very disappointing strategy to lie to their own customers in order to get more sales commission.

If I could rate them negative stars, I WOULD. I made an account online, then went in store hoping to get a blank check incase my employer needed it to verify my direct deposit info, instead of telling me that I'd have to wait since the account was new, Tomori said "no problem I can fix that, and even get you your debit card here today so you don't have to wait" SOUNDS GREAT RIGHT ? Nope. He left out that in order to do that, he'd have to completely close the account I made, and make an entire new one- with different account & routing numbers. Fast forward to today, I now have my direct deposits sitting in a CLOSED account and of course, they can't do anything to fix it, so now my money is stuck in a closed account until at least Monday. I've been waiting since Tuesday. This world is already stressful enough with gas prices, housing prices, grocery prices, and now my money is stuck in a closed account that I had NO idea about. I hope your couple dollars you made in commission off of me were worth the stress I'm stuck feeling now. Thanks for the terrible service, I'll be closing every account once my money is in my hand & NEVER banking with this joke of an establishment again.

I had an appointment to open a few accounts. When I arrived the person at the front desk greeted me and asked me to have a seat, also asked if I would like coffee or water while I wait, nice touch! I opened a business and a personal account. They explained everything in detail and I was able to get a debit card immediately for both accounts and start using the accounts that day. That was good cause I had some things to take care of! I had a great experience. The staff were great; patient, friendly and explained everything to me. Not often you can go into a bank and have that type of experience!
