    Got here tried to open up a new account 25 minutes before close and they were like sorry that’ll take us 20 minutes in North shortstaffed right now and we don’t wanna do it

    If you try cashing a PNC check be prepared to give them your first born. The young male cashier is rude and shouldn't be in customer service. Two forms of photo idea is not enough for them and asking for your car registration is beyond anything I have ever heard of. Worst bank to deal with.

    Since when did banks stop accepting cash for deposits? The said they could only accept checks for deposit. I can do that online! I came in person with cash to deposit to correct an impending overdraft. A check wouldn't post to the account for 24-72 hours - then they get to take more money from me in fees!!! What a racket!!

    So now our Michigan issued ID doesn’t work to make deposit into our accounts The lady (teller) didn’t even make an effort to look up the account, I gave her my ID and she asked for my debit card, account number or secondary form of ID. Other branches have made my deposit with just my ID and ask for the address on the account. Thanks for nothing.
