Apparently even tho my retirement check was drawn FROM pnc i STILL have to pay 200$ to cash it?? Then my AA husband which is NOT feeling well came in to use the bathroom. The snobby lady helping me was going to let him but then the white man im assuming is the manager told him no they don’t have public bathroom?!? Its not public were a customer at that point cashing a check with you for thousands of dollars. Then thats not even all of it so i stand here after im irritated beyond words. And the guy then says they don’t have enough cash to cash my check??!? I just called down here and drove 20 minutes and they KNEW how much it was for. This branch needs some help. Dont judge a book by its cover. Im a retail manager and i would NEVER allow my employees to treat people like they do here. Disgusting behavior Thank god i didn’t open the account cuz yuck no thanks

If you try cashing a PNC check be prepared to give them your first born. The young male cashier is rude and shouldn't be in customer service. Two forms of photo idea is not enough for them and asking for your car registration is beyond anything I have ever heard of. Worst bank to deal with.
