- DMDan MalnatiJun 10, 20241.0Do not go here if you have anything remotely complicated or need to file an extension. I switched from my tax guy to save a few dollars and 1. Don’t try to get a hold of them after tax season, it’s almost impossible. 2. It took them over a week to do my taxes to begin with and all I had were a couple of extra K-1s and rental income. Maybe they are good if you have basic taxes, but I will never come back here and I will be having everything double checked next year.

They could not talk with the tax audit agent about their work because they are not certified. Took my money and left me all alone without any help or guidance during tax audit. Never told me before that they were not certified accountants or agents. Now all alone dealing with an audit.
