  I absolutely would of rated this a 5 star and was considering it to be more than 5 stars up until 2 weeks ago when I had went in and had a certain employee take care of me. She was extremely rude I had never dealt with her before but had seen her in there multiple times. I normally walk up to the counter when I go in but this particular day I was told to go to one of the desks where you sit down at and employees take care of you at their desks. The lady had an attitude, I had asked her a question because this certain question I had about what I had asked was something ive never experienced before and she looked at me and rudely said " Well do you want so and so to take care of it since you are complaining about it" I politely said no and she looked at me with this rude look and continued to finish and then handed me my money and was very rude. If it wasn't for that experience id given this more than 5 stars but she was just very unprofessional and rude.

  After realized I needed to use the online services on Chrome when on my desktop everything worked simply and wonderfully.
