- JJJanee JohnsonJun 22, 20261.0It is so sad how this location is. I came here a few years ago on my lunch break and a women that is an older Arabic, American woman was very racist towards me. She said to me “ I don’t know you why did you come to this bank why you can’t go to the bank near your house”. Then when I asked to speak to a manger the manger was no help at all. So I came to this bank last month and I saw this women still works there and she looked so mean at me so I walked out. It’s so sad that this bank tolerate racism. They did not try to make things right with me at all after this women mad me feel uncomfortable. It is clear that people that are brown and black are not welcomed or respected here. Moving forward I will not come back here anymore

Yesterday I closed on my home and I needed help with transferring funds , even though I could do it myself I have bad anxiety and needed reassurance lol. I went in an hour before I closed for help and the staff in office were wonderful to me. Once again thank you and bless you all 🙏🏾

- RARon AsmarMay 29, 20261.0BEWARE! PNC failed to protect my account during a major fraud event, then refused to return $10,500 stolen through a fraudulent check. Even the police confirmed the fraud. I’ve never experienced anything like this from a bank. PNC even failed to identify the fraud. We had to alert them of the fraud after reviewing our online transactions. This bank left me feeling unprotected and dismissed during a stressful fraud situation. If you want your hard earned money protected, seek other institutions.
