I was so confused because I was tired and quiet, not being rude at all so i just don't understand the blatant rudeness. She was snarky and sarcastic with a nasty hateful smirk the whole time. My boyfriend had an account with them and was so appalled by her attitude that he decided to close his. She told me to go to Huntington so I did and they were incredibly nice and helpful.

- CGCarlyn GroveOct 1, 20212.0Not a good experience today trying to reach the Evart branch. The first representative gave me their fax number rather than phone number after a 10 minute hold time. Called back and the 2nd rep tried to transfer me and didn't work. The third phone call gave me a rep that refused to transfer me to the Evart branch as I was trying to help someone (one of their customers) get an issue resolved but I was "not on her account" even though I provided him with the full SS# and explained that the person had gone in to the Evart branch and informed them and gave her permission for me to discuss her account. I can understand policy but the refusal on their part to even try to help along with curt responses and rudeness I experienced was very disappointing. Definitely not "members first". In the meanwhile their customer has a duplicated $50 charge withdrawn from her account with nobody to help....
