- JTJessica ThorsenAug 14, 20251.0Needed a new debit card bc current one was acting up and they forgot to send it out so hubby went back in to ask what was going on and the teller CANCELED the current card without asking and will allegedly be sending a new one. How is it our local 3 branch credit union can print them same day but you guys don't have that ability when you're a chain?
- BCBen ChristMay 11, 20201.0Flagstar bought out Wells Fargo accounts in Michigan. I opened a new account with Wells Fargo. I was told the Flagstar account was closed. Instead, when I checked to find out where the money went that was in the account it had been “used up”by fees. Then they charged overdraft fees and sent it to collections.
