- MPMerrill PerlowApr 30, 20265.0I usually handle my banking online but recently I needed to handle something with my business account in person. I called into the branch to ask a question and Alison Walker helped me on the phone, even calling me back immediately with a follow up. When I went into the branch to finalize my business I was met by several agents saying hello and ensuring I was assisted in a timely manner. There were several customers there, including an elderly gentleman that I could tell needed a lot of guidance. Every interaction I thought was kind, positive, patient, and efficient. I was really impressed with the customer service I’ve experienced over 3 phone calls and two in person visits. Thanks again!
