  I absolutely love Edna @ loan max she was very professional from the moment I called through the whole process.. Customer service was definitely top tier! Will definitely recommend her for any title loans!

  The ladys that work here are absolutely nice very professional clean. This process was very easy however the insurance that they charge you on the side is extremely high. $100 a month for some BS insurance. They could do $50 or $75 that’s just too damn much however the professionalism is at the company on 8 mile West 8 mile makes up for that.
