  DO NOT BANK HERE, READ THE REVIEWS These guys are shady, they aren't descriptive about the charges so you're left confused. They put you in the negatives then hit you a $33 overdraft fee. They tried to hit me with FIVE overdraft fees in ONE day. With no explanation of why my account even went into the negative in the first place. RUN FROM THIS PLACE

  I too along with 2 friends had a bad experience with an individual who opened my account. Was not branch manager. It was customer appreciation day and the immature arrogant rude guy who opened my account was too busy chatting with the tellers. After about an hour there trying to get stuff updated because he wasn’t following what I was saying since he kept getting up every couple minutes to go gossip, I asked him why he wasn’t attending to me as a bank professional does, very aggressively and rude stated “it’s a very busy day” with a glare. I laughed it off and told him I could hear his conversation on tacos and different food areas around there. He put wrong address, my account gets locked and deleted all the time, online. You need to do better Alliance Catholic Credit Union.

  Very rude and unprofessional. The guy who opened my account was more concerned with taco day than he was opening my account. Very arrogant and unprofessional.
