  I had the pleasure of working with Arjola, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Arjola took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their clients the way she does. I highly recommend asking for Arjola if you want excellent customer service and a great banking experience!

  Tiara was extremely helpful and friendly, taking the time needed to make sure all my problems were taken care of. She truly made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I love Flagstar's welcoming atmosphere.
