- JNJacob NJun 13, 20262.0The Waterford location is closer to work for me. I am in there every month to pull out rent. Come to this location on my off day because it's closer to the house, and they flag me for fraud, and make me wait to pull rent. I've been a PNC customer for 20 years. I'm leaving today. 2 stars because my cashier was polite and apologetic.

After 5 or 10 minutes we asked if it would be much longer and we were told that we should have made an appointment for this service and she was still busy. He told us that the person was busy applying for a position at another branch, we asked him why does their personal business come before serving customers? His response rudely was we should have made an appointment. We've been a PNC customers for over 15 years and the service is getting worse and worse. I am going to find other places to do my banking.
