  A bank exhibiting discriminatory practices. Specifically William Demopolis. The quality of service provided varies depending on the individual employees and the day of the week. This issue is currently being investigated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

  Been a customer here for almost a year. I have other banks. Overall ok service. This bank doesn't seem to be there fully for the community. I caught Covid , was down for 2 weeks , I called up another bank and was able to walk through the security verification process and get my fees reversed and actually close it out so no more fees generate. Flagstar rep calls me and I explain my situation and they tell me we can't do it over the phone. You have to come in , but I'm sick right now. Aren't my fees going to accumulate even more ?? .......... We'll give you a call back. Terrible 😞
