I’ve been stuck with this bank for over a decade and not once has the new debit card made it to my house when the old one expired. I go in early to just get a new one in advance and they refuse, telling me it will be mailed on time. My address is correct in the system every time, no one has an explanation and we just print a new one. It takes the staff 45-60 minutes to operate the card printing machine every time
