- JRJed RaineyMay 4, 20261.0This bank is terrible to go to staff rude and unprofessional, went in today was not greeted or asked if I needed help. Also have had to wait more than 15 minutes for service on more than one occasion.
- DDDizzy DJan 29, 20261.0Horrible bank! Offered early direct deposit only to take it away two weeks later with no warning!! Also they are now going to hold money for days without any care of how it will affect current customers, they decided to closer earlier on Fridays and close all day Saturdays ( get this, citing reason is better customer care, like what??), its so they can hold your check deposit for several days, shady! I have been with them for almost 2 decades and this is how they treat loyal customers, going to a credit union! Do better flagstar, DO NOT bank here, take your hard earned money elsewhere.... update *** now my direct deposit is missing, seriously go to another bank!!!!
