- VMvicki millerApr 24, 20265.0This is our 3rd or 4th year having Riley's in Dewitt do our taxes. I love these people! They work with me on logistics, emailing info when I can't get to their office. We are notoriously late in asking for their help and they always take it in stride and do what they can. This year, for example, it was less than a week before filing when I first contacted them. I was told right off they would do their best but, of course, were super busy and if they could not get them done they would file an extension. That very same afternoon I got word that our taxes were done! All we had to do was go in the office and sign the paperwork. I haven't shopped around for prices, but they have got to be very competitively priced. We have been pleasantly surprised each year when they tell us our cost. I believe it to be more than a fair price. One thing I will say - if you communicate with them by email like I always do - it's best to give them a call with a heads up that you sent something. Especially if it's busy busy tax season. They get so many emails they don't always see mine right away, but if I call they respond almost immediately. They do great work, are pleasant to work with, and we have been extremely happy with their service.
