  This is the worst bank and the worst branch I've ever dealt with. I left years ago because of their lack of branches (they closed them all) but mostly due to their astronomical fees. My 86 year old mom continues to bank with them so I'm forced to still deal with them. All of my mom's accounts are in the family trust name and she has a lot of automatic payments therefore she thinks it's too hard to switch. A few days ago my mom wrote me a check for $65 which was going to cost $2 to cash but if that's the way an 86 year old wants to do it ok. Both my mom and I were in the drive through waiting for 5-6 minutes when Dawn finally came giving her welcome to pnc greeting. At that time a man in a big black truck pulled into the other drive through lane. He hadn't even sent his stuff over thru the tube. Dawn proceeds to say that she has to wait on him Lane 3 because he's a customer and I'm technically not. What is my mother sitting right next to me. My mom says that she never liked this branch just get everything back and we we'll go to the Plymouth branch. After this experience, my mom finally made an appointment with the attorney to switch banks. Until then neither of us will go to this location again.

  I Love everyone at this location !! The management, Bankers and tellers are all very kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

  I brought my mom in to cash a check. Dawn helped us. Dawn overstepped her position as a teller. She was telling my mom, who has Alzheimer’s, that she needs to tell her children to …. I called to speak to a manager. Both manager and assistant manager were there, but couldn’t take my call. I left my name and number and neither called me back. VERY unprofessional!!
