  Ordered a box of checks - spoke to the SAME person 3 times who took the order - found out 3 weeks later that she never bothered to order the checks.

  I walked in and was greeted immediately, I asked at least 30 questions and each question was answered! I honestly didn't do anything with money inside of a bank just questions. Jacqueline and Alivia were fantastic, they went above and beyond to answer quite ridiculous obscure questions about transferring money. The establishment is in a great location everyone is smiling and helpful! Thank you again very much ladies!

  If I could assign a negative rating, I would. The level of customer service at this branch is consistently unprofessional and unpleasant. On multiple visits, I have encountered the same staff members—likely including a branch manager and several customer service representatives—whose demeanor has been discourteous, and it’s always the same 3 women. I have contacted headquarters several times regarding my experiences at this Canton, MI location, yet the issues persist. This has led me to seriously consider moving my business account elsewhere, which is disappointing, as I have had positive experiences at other branches and been with Flagstar for some years with my personal account. Customers should not have to go out of their way to receive respectful and professional service.
