  It isn't just this place its sfcu period! You might want to think about another cu. I just had my debit card blocked again because of a fraud alert. Once again the fraud alert was activated over a recurring payment for youtube for $2.99. I get fraud alerts just for using Amazon. I've have had autopay blocked for fraud. I'm very careful how I use my card. I've been a member for over 30 years. Never any fraud! I declined text fraud alert after I tried to pay a tow truck driver in the middle of the night. When my card was declined, I went to the atm-not working. Took me about half hour to figure out what was happening. With the latest fraud alert they said they sent it to my email. NOTHING!!! She said well it shows from our side you got it. What an insult! I could not use my card at an atm or for purchases for 3 days because I didn't have THE CODE. They had a massive data breech over a year ago and waited way after the fact to let anyone know. When I called today I was told I have no choice that they can do this whenever and whatever. I just got back from a funeral up north.. What would I have done if this had happened up north? No code no email! I'm done with this credit union. Think twice before you consider using this cu. The phone representatives are poorly trained too. While I can appreciate fraud alerts these alerts are nonsensical. Fraud alert on autopay- that's crazy!

  Terrible credit union. Used for a car loan and want us to still pay while waiting for gap to cover the rest of the loan. Have the contract and claim info even. Then don't care that insurance also just paid off almost 9,000$ already.
