I am beyond pissed off & furious! 😡 Went into the branch to withdraw money & get a replacement card for my debit card as the last 4 digits of my card weren't visible. Was told by the lady who helped me that I would still be able to use my card until the new one came in. Went & did my errands. When I got home I sat down to place an online grocery order & my card DECLINED! I called flagstar customer service & they said that my card was reported "LOST" & was deactivated! How could my card have been "LOST" when i literally made a purchase right before going to the branch to withdraw money! I even showed the lady my card. This is absolutely BULLSH*T! I just gave you a good review when i was in the branch as well. Im highly DISAPPOINTED! & then I went to the atm to see it if i could withdraw money & the ATM took MY card! Who are you to sit there & mark a card "LOST" if it wasn't ever "LOST" to begin with!!!!

He spends a significant amount of time outside of the country and is not the best with computers, there have been ongoing issues with his online banking access for years and Kasey, after several past attempts, was the only one to propose and implement a solution. Much appreciated, as this has also saved me time and energy as I am also on my dad's account. Thanks!!!
