- CFCierra Frazier1 day ago1.0I am very disappointed with the level of service at this location. What should have been a simple withdrawal turned into an unnecessarily long and frustrating experience. I waited more than 15 minutes before being told I needed to provide a second form of identification, which makes me question why that was not communicated much earlier in the process. After providing the additional ID, I still had to wait another 5 minutes to complete the transaction. As a customer, I expect better communication, efficiency, and respect for my time. Unfortunately, this experience left a poor impression, and I do not plan on returning to this branch anytime soon.
- SGSherry Gershon5 days ago1.0Unfortunately, the people employed at this branch are rude, inept, and quite frankly have no business working in a financial institution. The lack of professional behavior on the branch manager, Mariah, and her unwillingness to speak to me in a professional manner, really says it all. Of course I am leaving this institution as it’s a joke. I do not recommend banking here if you are serious about your money!

The last 2 times that I have attempted to get help, there was only one teller for the window and floor. Yet, there were 3 other staff just standing and chatting (non bank related conversations). I prefer not writing negative reviews, just be prepared to wait. I have not experienced this at other PNC branches...
