I do both business & personal banking here and have never had any issues or waited more than a minute or so for a teller (on most occasions I actually experience no wait). In my experience the staff is always friendly and efficient — I appreciate their great service and would recommend banking at this branch to anyone. One caveat, if you want to do something a bit more involved, say set up a new business account, I would suggest visiting the Main St. branch to potentially save yourself a bit of time; it's the main Ann Arbor area branch for a reason.
