- GCGina CSep 27, 20261.0I am a new customer to this bank. And the other day I noticed I still hadn't gotten my debt card after opening the account at the beginning of this month, September. So I spoke to somebody online at the bank and was informed that my debit card had never been ordered when I opened the account. And so I asked the simple question, so you guys are gonna expedite my card for me?And they said, no, we cannot do that.And it will take 5-7 business days to get my card. So I then also called the branch spoke to somebody there & told them the situation. In which I was told the same thing , no , you will have to wait 5-7 business days. That if I wanted the card to expedited. that I would be charged $75. I'm seriously thinking about closing my account & going elsewhere at this point. i'm highly disappointed with their service. They should have eaten the $75 and gotten me my card faster. They don't believe in true customer service.

They are also quick in what they do, and dont have you sitting or waiting for somebody to help you. I also feel safe as far as security goes. They have a different level of security than most banks/branches and it makes me feel safe as a customer. I would highly recommend this particular branch.
