  So glad i closed my account with pnc. To get any help from the branch or the customer service line, is like pulling teeth to get anything done. I wanted statements on my closed account, the customer service phone number said i had to go into the branch. I go into the branch and before even looking me up they told me they were most likley unable to get my past statements since i closed my accounts. I would have to call customer service. When i explained i already called and they told me to go in branch, the teller told me customer service says that but they can. When she finally took my ID she looked me up and finally got my statements printed for me. Lucky i do not have to deal with this bank ever again.

  I attempted to make a cash deposit on behalf of my boyfriend, as I have done numerous times over the past decade. Today, however, I was refused service solely because I was not listed on the account. I want to emphasize that I was not attempting to withdraw funds—only to deposit cash—but the transaction was still declined. As a financial controller and business owner, I regularly handle deposits for multiple businesses and clients, and I have never encountered this restriction elsewhere. PNC is the only institution where I have experienced this type of difficulty.

  Bank manager is super rude and unwilling to help. The only bright spot is Sue, but its not enough to keep me as a customer

  I used the ATM and there's actually 2 ATM lanes and I believe 2 drive thru lanes. I like that you can tap your phone at the ATM
