Today, however, I was refused service solely because I was not listed on the account. I want to emphasize that I was not attempting to withdraw funds—only to deposit cash—but the transaction was still declined. As a financial controller and business owner, I regularly handle deposits for multiple businesses and clients, and I have never encountered this restriction elsewhere. PNC is the only institution where I have experienced this type of difficulty.
