- MDMiss Deb DecorseMay 14, 20261.0After my Dad's passing I was advised to take him off the acct & make me the primary. I was advised it would take 5-10 biz day to obtain a debit card. I asked they call me so I can come in to pick the debit card up since time was of the essence to pay my Dad's bills. A wk later I went in person to pick up debit card. I ended up waiting 45 mins just to speak to a manager. They advise the account was in limbo waiting for upper management to sign off on it. As of today it's been a full month and I have not heard back from anyone at PNC jeremore Lane. I called them today, they had a terrible time trying to locate the acct. Then I was advised I could come in tomorrow and they could make me a debit card. Point is had I not called there today, there's no telling how much longer it would have been hearing back from them. I feel bad for people that come in on their lunch hour trying to get some banking done bc most of the time you're waiting in line for over a half hour. Not very happy with the services PNC Jeremore Ln has to offer!
