I got fraud on my account and she felt too good to help me get through to customer service. I even showed her how I was on hold. Immediately starting dismissing my complaint with excuses, instead of taking the time with Me. She didn't even ask me my name. They never want to do anything, constantly leaving everything to the tellers.

Yesterday we met with a Grace Watson. We were originally told we only had to bring back a Death Certificate which we did. The woman that helped us yesterday was rude to my wife and showed ZERO compassion at any point. She was more concerned with her feathers being ruffled by my wife. She didn't know the process and made incorrect statements until she consulted someone else there. Grace needs more sensitivity training. No wonder that I don't bank there.
