- BPBrad P6 days ago4.0I've been with this bank since it was mercantile. I've only had minor issues since it has been pnc. I will say, that they need more tellers to help speed things up though. I have waited up to 20 minutes or so just to deposit a check. The door greeter position should be replaced with another teller. Also, the customer service line needs to be improved. It takes forever to speak with someone about an issue.
- CCCeceliaMay 20, 20265.0Since the new branch manager Austin and new team members started working in this PNC office from the beginning of this year, the improvement of their services is very impressive. There is always an officer greeting the customer at the door with courtesy and smile. Furthermore, the branch manager is approachable, very professional and efficient. I am very satisfied with Austin for his knowledge and skills both for individual and business accounts. Finally PNC has the best team in town and actually the best team in Maryland based on my 20 years experiences dealing with various PNC branches in Maryland.

Why have someone stand at there stupid little counter to hand out deposit slips we as adults are capable of getting them ourselves! Go behind the counter and wait on customers that have been standing in your line for half an hour!
