From the moment I approached the counter, she came across as unfriendly and unprofessional. Her attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. The service was also extremely slow, and there was very little communication about what was causing the delay. A simple explanation or a courteous attitude would have made a big difference, but instead, the interaction felt cold and dismissive. Customer service is one of the most important parts of banking, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below my expectations. I hope management addresses these concerns because every customer deserves to be treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
