He got on the phone internally and confirmed with the payoff department exactly how to direct payment to the higher interest draw. Mr. Alem then made an electronic note in my file and sent me a confirming email. Outstanding! Update 09/13/2024: Nasim answered a complex question confirming earmarking payments to separate draws on our HELOC. Again, 5 STARS! Refinanced our Home Equity Line. Great experience at closing with superb customer service by Shireen and Mary. Telephonic loan officer, Teri, was 5 Star too.
