This branch is the worst I have ever visited in my life. A lady who seems to be the representative in a very bad way, treating the employees and the customers badly, yelling in a very horrible way.

I usually do not write reviews but I thought this is my responsibility to make other people aware of my horrible lifetime experience. Today, I went to withdraw some money, and the manager, Julia Omatade, was extremely rude and aggressive—not just with me, but also with two other poor employees. I’ve decided to close my account because of this experience. I recommend avoiding this lady and this branch.

No stars. STAY AWAY. BUYER BEWARE. RUN! If your experience has been as bad as mine, don't keep it to yourself. Tell everyone to AVOID THIS INCOMPETENCE! I've had accounts at 20 different banks over my 6 decades and never had the competence and rudeness issues I've encountered at this bank. You don't want a troubled relationship with a poorly operated bank. You will pay and pay in hassles for those few cents you saved on an interest rate that is a sliver lower. Some banks shouldn't be licensed and this one one. I'm sorry that I got a HELOC with them. I can't wait to sell my house and close this line, and end my relationship with this lousy operation. They will screw up your paperwork for the simplest service, such as a loan, a savings account, or checking account. The staff doesn't understand what they're doing. You never get a clear or complete answer from them. If they don't know the answer to your question, they will dissemble and change their story. If you're frustrated by the "service" at the branch, and try to call the central customer service number, you'll be on hold with the "customer service" line for 40+ minutes. You'll be listening to advertising the entire time, and when you finally reach someone they won't be able to answer your question. For some reason, they aren't able to deliver paper statements through the mail on a regular basis (my other bank and my credit card companies are able to do so). You can't get all your statements on line either. The staff is rude. Avoid Julia. Agree with C Fotos Lawton who also reviewed. She's loud and abrasive. If they don't know the answer to your question, they'll adopt a bullying tone, actually scream at you, and imply that you're stupid. If you have the misfortune of having an account with this bank, stand your ground against their rudeness and make the the staff explain things to your satisfaction. Listen carefully. You'll hear that they don't know what they're talking about. Go to another branch. Better, do business with another bank. Several of the staff are immigrants who speak heavily accented English. When they feel stressed, they start talking faster and louder and it's almost impossible to understand them. If you ask them to clarify or repeat what they've said, they say something completely different, equally confusing and contradictory, and then they'll take offense and start to screech and insult and bully you.
