I would like to recognize Tamika at the PNC branch in Prince Frederick for her exceptional customer service. She truly went above and beyond my expectations and made every visit a wonderful experience. I had to return to the branch twice after my first visit, and each time, Tamika assisted me right away with kindness, patience, and professionalism. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. I especially appreciated how sweet and caring she was with my toddler. Her warmth and patience made us both feel comfortable and welcomed. Tamika is an outstanding employee who genuinely cares about her customers. Her dedication, positive attitude, and excellent service deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Tamika, for making such a lasting impression!
