  I recently had an excellent experience at the PNC Bank Potomac Branch and wanted to recognize Dinaz Daruwala, Senior Banker Advisor at PNC Potomac Branch for her outstanding customer service. She is incredibly kind, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions thoroughly, and makes every interaction easy and pleasant. Her warm personality, patience, and attention to detail truly stand out. Dinaz is a wonderful representative of PNC Bank, and I will absolutely continue to work with her each and every time I need assistance. Highly recommend her! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!   I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch. I came in to withdraw money from my account, and the teller told me she needed a senior banker’s approval to process it. She saw the branch manager, Dinah Daruwala, in the lobby and asked for her help. Ms. Daruwala looked me up and down, said “She will have to wait, I have a call,” and walked away without another word. No timeframe, no apology, nothing. I ended up leaving without being able to withdraw my own money because no one else was available to approve the transaction. I’ve never been made to feel so dismissed and disrespected at a bank. As a Black woman, I do believe I would have received better, faster treatment if I were white. The way I was looked at and spoken to felt racially motivated, and I don’t believe a white customer would have been dismissed the same way. I’ve plan to my account and moved my money elsewhere. I can’t recommend this branch, and I’d think twice before banking with PNC as long as this kind of treatment goes unaddressed. Customers deserve basic respect and courtesy, especially when trying to access their own money.

Her deep knowledge, professionalism, and prompt attention to complex issues have consistently led to successful outcomes. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to deliver results. PNC Bank is fortunate to have her on their team. Thank you, Dinaz, for your continued excellence!   This bank accused me of being illigal and even though I showed my passport they told me I needed my Social Security Card to proove I am here legally! Racist bad service.
